Jean Legacy services are tailored to the goals and needs of each client within the scope of the selected service or package. Unless specifically included in a written agreement, services do not include:

• Work beyond the contracted service scope, session duration, participant count, or monthly support hours.
• Unlimited or 24/7 support, after-hours, weekend, holiday, or rush services.
• Legal, tax, accounting, financial advisory, clinical, or other services requiring professional licensure.
• Bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll processing, or financial-accounting services.
• Third-party expenses, including software, subscriptions, advertising, assessments, certifications, printing, travel, lodging, venue costs, or similar expenses.
• Additional coaching, training, consulting, implementation, or follow-up services beyond those specifically included in the selected package.
• Specialized services such as website development, coding, IT support, graphic design, or paid advertising unless separately agreed upon.
• Authority to enter contracts, make financial commitments, hire or terminate employees, or otherwise legally bind a client or organization.
• Guaranteed sales, revenue, employment, promotion, leadership, employee-performance, or other business outcomes.

For Virtual Assistant & Operational Support plans, services are provided within the number of hours purchased. Additional hours or services outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

Customization within the selected service is included. Requests that materially expand the agreed scope, duration, deliverables, participant count, or level of support may require an additional fee or separate agreement.

Specific deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and any applicable exclusions will be outlined in the client's service agreement. Jean Legacy reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside its service capabilities, professional scope, or agreed engagement.
